FAMILIAR: An Exploration of Kundalini Yoga

Join Arti Sangeeta Kaur (DeAnna Lynette Carpenter) in FAMILIAR: An Exploration of Kundalini Yoga. This four-part weekly class series, Tuesday, January 10 through Tuesday, January 31, 2023, will give you a working framework and foundation in Kundalini Yoga. Each 90-minute session will include a 10-minute teaching on Kundalini Yoga and a 60-75-minute kriya practice and meditation with the intention of rebooting and invigorating you while supporting you in:

  • Expanding your sense of self

  • Strengthening your nervous system

  • Mastering your breath

  • Radiating with the force and warmth of a thousand Suns

  • Experiencing consistent and lasting peace of mind

  • And more!

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. It is a personal journey. It is a self-initiation that brings you into greater depths and inner mastery. Kundalini Yoga is a technology – a yoga of precision – that employs mantra and sound, breath, meditation, and a specific, timed system of postures and poses that bring you into energetic and total alignment – Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Consider this your personal invitation to dive deep into a practice that brims with power. Something beautiful awaits you during and on the other side of this experience. Let’s explore what that may be.

Please bring your yoga mat, a scarf or covering for your head, and come with an open heart and mind.
