Let’s play on our hands & get upside down! This workshop is for everyone. You will learn how to safely experience many arm balances + inversions by first creating a strong foundation and then understanding & integrating the proper alignment. We will be exploring Crow, Eka Pada Koundinyasana, Handstand & Forearm Stand!
