Ashtanga means ‘eight limbs’ in Sanskrit. This practice incorporates & unites the eight limbs of yoga into one systematic approach. No need to have any experience with Ashtanga yoga. Everyone is welcome. We will allow the breath to be our guide. We will explore the postures with curiosity + presence. We warm up with Sun Salutations, followed by a standing series, a seated series, backbends, inversions, a grounding closing
sequence + a sweet savasana. Postures are held for five breaths to allow you to more deeply experience the asana. I look forward to flowing with you!
